DWWF Annual Meeting
Every year students go back to school. Leaves on the trees change color. And the Downtown Walla Walla Foundation hosts its Annual Meeting. This meeting is notorious for being a hoot hollering time. This year the event will be held Thursday, November 19th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The best part is that the event is being held at the new Red Monkey Lounge (corner of 3rd and Alder). We will be partying it up in the V.I.P. section (that means we are cool). The DWWF takes this time to thank its members, volunteers, and notable people in our downtown community. Tickets cost $20 or two for $30. Tickets allow you to sample local wines, as well as a number of the appetizers featured on the Red Monkey menu. Call our office today at 529-8755, to reserve your tickets. The event is next week, so call soon. For your enjoyment, below is a photo of a few party goers having a good time at the 2008 event.

Ever wonder where all the toys are kept before Christmas? Well, last year's Toys for Tots stash was kept in Cheryl's, the DWWF's Program Coordinator, basement. This is what the placed looked like.

This is anther photo of last year's Annual Meeting. Many people enjoyed T Mac's catering, jazz by Marc Brown, and Black Jack inside Schwarz/Adam's Garden City Plaza.
