Join Walla Walla University Drama for a night of theatre and film that is sure to make you laugh, maybe make you cry, and guaranteed to entertain. The 2018 festival will feature four short plays and three short films directed by students, faculty, and friends of Walla Walla University.
Come see Wayne S. Rawley’s couple comedy The Scary Question and get to the heart of relationships, commitment, and zombies. Listen to David Ives’ chimpanzees wax philosophical in Words Words Words. Contemplate lost love in Robert J. Lee’s short film May-August. Join us at the festival to experience these and many more exciting productions.
In keeping with tradition, Walla Walla University Drama is collaborating with the Film and TV Program in the Department of Communication and Languages to present a group of first-rate student directors: Austin Mapa, Kisa McClosky, Regan Hinshaw, and Meghann Heinrich. This year our guest directors are Kaelyn Nelson, Jerry Entze, and Jeremy Reed.
There will be a director talk following the show on Saturday, March 10. Directors will field audience questions about their productions.
