The Third Annual Walla Walla Movie Crush celebrates the most intoxicating blend of American short cinema over the course of three days. Once again, the festival will showcase narratives, documentaries, animation, music videos, and experimental films grouped in themed packages and will showcase more than 100 new shorts from Oscar®-winners, household names, rising stars and wunderkinds.
Movies will screen in hour-long blocks at Gesa Power House Theatre:
Friday, July 12, 6-10 pm;
Saturday, July 13, 11AM-5 pm and 7-10 pm;
Sunday, July, 14, 12-5 pm and 7-10 pm.
The Sunday evening session will feature ten brand-new short films created specifically for the Walla Walla Movie Crush. These “Challenge” films will be created by a pantheon of talents. The “Challenge” screening will be followed immediately by an awards ceremony during which top honors will be bestowed in accordance with the wishes of a jury of award-winning actors, screenwriters and filmmakers.
